Yes, the refundable security deposit is $200 and is immediately released back to the original payment method upon return of the vehicle. 

 The deposit is paid after you make a reservation on our website. One of our agents will contact you to verify your information and collect the deposit separately. Your initial payment will only include the rental cost, plus any applicable fees and taxes. The deposit is not included in your booking payment. 

We accept any credit or debit card with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover logo.  

• The cardholder's name must match the driver's name on the rental agreement.
• For safety reasons, we do not accept cash.

We offer remote/contactless vehicle pickups across the North Houston area.

The exact address will be provided after the booking is finalized.  **The address on our website is the corporate mailing address, NOT the remote pickup location**

• Standard Pickup: Free - vehicle available 5 hours after booking. 
• Express Pickup: Get your vehicle in as little as 2 hours after booking for a fee of $35

Yes! We offer convenient delivery service for a fee of $75.

No, we do not require customers to have their own insurance to rent from us. 

Viking Ali is a local car rental company only. We no longer allow travel greater than a 50-mile radius outside of Harris County.
